"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self to the self" Bhagavad Gita
For me yoga is Love, the way to realise and understand that everything is in our own heart. We cannot limit yoga to mat and see it only as a physical practice, exercise or technique, but coming to the mat regularly is where the journey starts, it is the act of dedication and surrender..the time to step out of outer world and look into yourself...connecting through the body to the soul and to the whole universe. Through the practice the world changes, one breath at the time. Through the practice the heart softens.. one breath at the time.. Inhale joy, exhale love...One Love. Namaste! "Do your practice and all is coming !" Sri K.Pattabhi Jois Yoga has been part of me one way or other for most of my life, but i became regular in my mat after the injury 2010 when i was not able to dance or even walk for 6 month. As a dancer it was a shocking and hard time, but everything happens for reason. This painful time became the turning point of my life, guiding me to the path of yoga and healing, for what i am most greatful. 2014 i travelled to India and completed 200h Yoga Teacher Training Course. Since then India became my second home, i have been coming back every year to learn, share and grow. Over the years i have developed several different classes and courses that i love to guide. This variety gives me opportunity to share my passion and experiences from different techniques and forms i have been practicing in my life, from dance to martial arts, from still meditations to very dynamic ones. I am open for private and group sessions and can also design unique special practise according to the needs. DYNAMIC FLOW In this practice we do lots of non stop flowing sequences which are designed to remove toxins out of the body, increase flexibility, strenght and grace. It is a form of moving meditation where the breath is essential force to make us move. Slow fluid movements, carefully choreographed are coordinated with deep rhythmic breathing and awareness. As a form of dynamic practice, it is composed of movements that are typically repeated, strengthening and stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial, and lymph), opening energy channels, cultivating and balancing our life energy (prana); enhancing balance, grace and improving the awareness of how the body moves through space. The class is also very beneficial for reducing fat and helpful to relive from constipation, menstrual disorders, insomnia, anxiety, depression and other similar issues. SHAKING | UNIVERSE IS TREMBELING “The power that makes grass grow, fruit ripen, and guides the bird in flight is in us all.” Anzia Yezierka Shamanic, indigenous and religious traditions have used shaking and vibration as a gateway into altered trance states of consciousness to raise energy vibrations healing the body, mind, spirit. They believe that “the shake” is an expression of the life force also known as prana, chi or ki. Shaking is a powerful way to release tensions and stagnant energy, increase circulation through the whole body and liberate energy to flow freely. Most people’s worst fear is losing control–of their circumstances, of their emotions, and especially of their bodies. Yet in order to achieve the transcendent state necessary to experience deep healing, we must surrender control. Shaking teaches us to let go of who we think we are and what we believe we are here to do, letting go of all our patterns, our fears, our guilt, our attachments, and discovering who we are beyond all that. It is a very instinctive movement which is within us all, most of us at some point in life have been invited to ‘shake it out’… This practice nourishes your soul, gives you a ton of energy, and opens up to deep levels of freedom, joy and ecstasy. WHIRLING Drunk of Love, Sufis experience hal, a state of spiritual ecstasy that lasts from moments to days. The sufis belive that the trance is not dependent on the mystic's effort but Divine graces. This practice is inspired on Sufi Dervishes and other whirling dances of the world, it is a powerful guided meditative practice that takes your body, your mind and spirit through a journey of self discovery. Since ancient times, different peoples have used whirling dances as a way to access the ineffable wisdom of the cosmos, and its fractal manifestations in our inner world and inside each our our living cells. It could be said that the spiral is the most important movement in the universe. Galaxies and planets trace spirals through the universe, and the genetic information on which all life depends is arranged in the spirals of DNA. Thus the universe and man’s consciousness could be seen as dynamic continuum expressed by the spiral. RELAXING YOGA WITH HEALING SOUNDS Get ready to be...Soft. Relaxing yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. It is like a mini holiday :) We move slowly and gently and hold positions for longer periods letting the sound of singing bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments heal us in physical, emotional and spiritual plane. Sound is very powerful tool, it is vibration that is heard not only through our ears but through every cell of our bodies...so just be resceptive, relax and surrender...you dont even need to listen..just let the sound wash over you, gently and without effort. ANIMAL MOVEMENT FLOW it is a challenging practice which combines movements from contemporary dance floorwork, gi gong, copoeira and yoga. You will become best friend with floor, moving naturally and skillfully. This practice will build up your endurance and flexibility, grace and comfort, you learn how to save your energy and use it on the right moment! And its fun! In this class we dont need mats, just wear layers and long sleeves. RHYTHMIC FLOW Yoga, dance, breath...fun, freedom and flow. This practice combines yoga asanas, flowing dance movement, breathwork and full body workout. It is a constant rhythmic flow with lot of repetitions which layer by layer build up a nice dynamic sequence which has a clear rhythm and is supported by music. And in the end we surrender ourselves to the sound and nourishe our body and soul with deep live gong bath. YOGA NIDRA |
